Welcome to Using Data!

The Using Data Professional Development Program is a process of systemic reform to help schools and districts turn "data we have" into "data we use".

The primary goal of the Using Data program is to transform school/district cultures of isolation and low-level data use, to cultures of collaborative inquiry and high-level data use.  Designed as a cyclical process as illustrated below, Using Data brings about change through the process of analysis, inquiry and investigation.

UD Process Model

From the earliest stages of building a data culture through to the recognition of verifiable results, our skilled facilitators will work with administrators and teacher-leaders in your school or district to close achievement gaps and create a learning culture in which high standards are not only set for all students, but are achieved by all, as well.
